8.Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Reporting Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any of the following, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Damaged product
- Defective or malfunctioning product
- Incorrect product received
- Incomplete order

Claims after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of NAD⁺ vials (opened or unopened). Once products leave our controlled process, we cannot guarantee how they have been stored or handled.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
The product is reported as defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect within the timeframe
Your request is reviewed and approved by our team in writing
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, including postage costs where NuVita Lab is at fault.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Risk passes to the customer once the courier confirms delivery (via scan or photographic evidence). NuVita Lab is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
6. Storage Recommendations
NAD⁺ products remain stable at room temperature during standard shipping (5–7 days).
After opening: refrigerate for maximum potency.
Degradation due to improper storage is not covered under our refund/replacement policy.
