To use your NAD⁺ self-injection kit at home, follow these simplified steps:

1. Wash your hands: Thoroughly clean or sanitise your hands before starting.

2. Prepare your kit: Lay out the items from your kit: Delivery pen, NAD⁺ vial, alcohol swabs, and sharps bin.

3. Bring to room temperature: Take the chilled NAD⁺ vial out of the fridge and let it sit until it reaches room temperature this helps minimise stinging.

4. Prepare your pen: Remove the protective lid. Replace the needle by screwing the needle on to the end of the pen clockwise to secure. Remove the needle protective caps. Twist the end of the delivery pen to 30 clicks (= 50mg NAD⁺)

5. Choose your injection site: Select an injection area such as the abdomen or upper thigh. Rotate sites with each use.

6. Clean the skin: Use a fresh alcohol swab to sanitise the injection site.

8. Inject: Pinch the skin, insert the needle smoothly at a 90° angle, and press the plunger steadily to deliver your dose. Count to 10 seconds to ensure the full dose is delivered.

9. Dispose safely: Place the used needle into the sharps bin disposal bin.

10. Store your vial: Keep the NAD⁺ pen refrigerated after use and keep your kit safely, away from children and pets.
